mission 2 head start had their graduation yesterday. it was a hot, busy and sweat day. sterling didn't have school either, but he really want to go to school. i spend two hours with a few other parents earlier in the afternoon decorating the gym.
a few weeks ago they made their graduation caps. we made one for quincey as well to avoid fights and because she will move to head start next year (if she gets accepted). andrew got off early from work so that he could get cleaned up and we could all go together. since we let them borrow our grill, we grove the truck. it was a tight fit, but we made it!
the jensen graduates. this is what they chose to wear. quincey tries to wear this dress whenever it's in her closet. i will let her, but just not to school.

with each child they said a few things about what they liked to do at school. for sterling: he always wears his red cowboy boots and that he likes to play in the sand box. his three teachers this year were: johnson, lona and angela.
