so we left friday, may 15 at about 7.15am for st. ignatius, montana. so andrew could look for a job. don't get us wrong he has a job at 0500 mechanics here in rexburg. it's just a little slow there. we didn't get to there until about 2.30 in the afternoon. well, that took a little longer than we had planned for. we stopped at the house to drop off our stuff. we then went to stuarts, a dealership in ronan and another dealership and independant shop in polson. we stopped by a park on the lake in polson as well. see posts below. we came home and andrew reopened the fire pit to cook our tin foil dinners. they were pretty good, but maybe a little less cook time. later we built a fire in the fireplace in the house and made s'mores with cinninmon gramham crackers...they really needed chocolate.
saturday we got started on the lawn. andrew pumped the old gas out friday night, so now with the right gas in the riding mower and a jump start we were ready to start mowing. as you can see...it really needed to be mowed.

once sterling got up from his morning nap, we went to the amish store to get lunch, chocolate for s'mores and anything we really wanted. including a cast iron pan since there wasn't a pan there. it was like we were camping...in a house. better than real camping but not as good as being at home. sterling wanted to help mow...

here is once we were all done. this was taken sunday right before we left. you can see andrew missed a few spots, but it looks a lot better. it took us all saturday! ok so we did do some other things like: andrew went a have a good talk with stuart and jp and the girls came over for a visit. his two oldest girls helped pick up the grass clippings. we didn't ask them to, they just started doing it and we jsut let them.

andrew's favorite mountins:
sunday may 17, we went to church and then packed up and headed home. we left at about 2 in the afternoon. we stopped at ken and jan's in missoula. we almost didn't since sterling was asleep but decided why not? we sat out on their deck which was nice but it was really hot. it was in the 70's! sterling got really hot, so we stripped him down and dipped his toes in their pool. it was a little bit of a shock to him since it was cold. but after that he didn't mind. we put a tshirt on him and then put him in the car. we stayed about 2 hours. we had to stop a couple of times and ended up not getting home until about 11.15pm!!!!
