the new car

so the accident happened on a wed. i finally got a hold of his insurance on that friday. someone was suppose to call me about coming and seeing the car that day or monday. i called everyday. finally on tues i was able to get a rental car, but it wasn't going to be available until wed morning. so i went a whole week of driving the truck. it wasn't that bad. i was starting to get used to it.



this was my rental car. a hyundai accent. only it was blue. it has not power locks or windows...but it had a plug and usb spot for your ipod! it was an automatic. so that took some getting used to. the power locks are not kid friendly. so i wanted to make sure my new car had those! we took an impulse trip down to utah to look at a bonneville. we like it, but weren't crazy about it. we looked at one other car on our way home. we were tired and andrew was done looking at/for a car. he drove this grand prix and really liked, just not the price.

he called from utah and asked if they would take 5,500 for it. they wouldn't. but got a call a few days later and said that they would take 5,600. so i went and drove it on monday the 8th. i liked it as well. so i rushed off to my mtg for my internship and andrew and sterling stayed and bought the car for what andrew wanted it for.

to upgrade from a '96 to a '04 is pretty good. yes, i am enjoying it.
