about quincey

on march 23, i thought quincey's hair just might be long enough to be pull into pigtails. 

i was right. she wore this hair style for a few days. with me re doing them every morning. i'm pretty sure i bribed her to hold still with candy. 

 on april 1st (no joke) i scheduled to have the kids hair cut. you see i have been meaning to cut quincey's hair for months. but andrew hasn't wanted it cut, so i let it grow. while it was finally long enough to pull all of it into pig tails, i wanted all the uneven ends cut off.

here's a before. it was about to her shoulders. it was kind of hard to tell since it curled under a lot. 

and after. it's a cut little bob. it's about at her jawline. i think she looks like a little girl now. don't worry she still has a little brown on the top of her head. though i don't know if it will bleach blonde this summer. sterling's hair bleached blonde the 1st summer were here.


sterling also got his hair cut, though not as exciting. i think it's the shortest it's ever been. at least on the back it is. he did alright getting it cut by someone else, but he still didn't like it.


now some other things about little miss Q:

i have been finding her like this after her naps. i don't know how she manages it...not that her mattress weighs very much. we have been meaning to move her to a toddler bed, but we haven't decided what to do for sterling for a bed. 

often, while she eats, quincey will cross her feet. she is a little girl. she likes shoes and putting clothes on. she will hug just about anyone.
