on the 21st of april, it snowed all day long. we got about about 6 inches of wet snow. perfect for snowballs and snowmen. i stayed home with the kids while andrew went to church. we hung out and didn't do too much since the kids were sick with colds.
i kept sterling home from school on monday just so that he wouldn't spread his germs. he decided that he had had enough of being inside. he went outside without his coat...i knew he could go to school the rest of the week. i got him his coat and he enjoyed being outside. when quincey took her nap, sterling and i went outside to make a snowman.
of course, i put in all the effort and while i was inside getting the camera....
he tipped the snowman over!!! urrrgh! he did help roll the balls of snow and find the sticks and rocks. he also decided were to put them.
the poor killed snowman.
so i made another one. but i made sure to pack the snow around the base really well. he stayed up right longer.
