this next one happened this evening. i was wrapping garrett's gift and i let sterling play with some of the tissue paper. he wasn't very interested in it, even though it was bright yellow but i handed him the wrapper of the tissue paper...
it sounds just like some of this other toys. maybe we'll keep this one around. though not caught on camera, he did pass the wrapper from his left to his right, back to his left hand again.

Nathan's favorite "toy" is the occasional empty milk carton sitting next to the garbage can. He grabs it by the handle and bangs it on the floor. We just have to be careful the lid is on tight... or else! Isn't it funny what they find so amusing?
