smelly house

,here i am, making dinner when i smell something. now this is a smell that i have not smelled in some time. the smell of cat litter box. why is it in my house! oh my did the cat sneak in through the open window?!?!? please no! is it the new food i'm making....no. hmmmm it is coming from sterling. ok. he has a dirty diaper. that's a new smell for him. i'm done with dinner and can deal with sterling. oh      my !!! he has stuck his hands down his pants! yet again! i swear that boy is going to wear oneies forever! he won't hold still, i'm try to tell him not to touch anything. i strip him and think bath time! oh wait, his stupid cast. great. so i clean up his bottom half while try to keep things out of his reach and while he is crying i try and keep his hands from rubbing his eyes and going into his mouth. (ewww!) WHERE is his father?!? ok, bottom half is done. time for a rub down. i take him into the bathroom (oh how i wish i could put him in the tub). i run and grab the dish soap. i need something with some power. more tears for sterling and i rub him down, then wipe him down. andrew should be home soon. i think that was him....(on a current note: his coworker who gets off at 6 just drove by....)  so i towel him off and realize i need to wash his hair too. lovely. so i run and grab the shampoo by the kitchen sink. still not truck. WHAT! oh well, we're almost done. once he is clean, dry and clothed. i lysol anything he may have touched. start a load and open some windows.

you see andrew is SUPPOSE to get off work at 5.30pm. he works in town which is 3.5 miles away. i give him until 5.45 to get home. then comes 6 and i start getting a little upset. his boss knows that i don't like him being late from getting home and i may joke about it, but when it comes to that time of night i want/need him home.


oh my ster's hands still smell. they have been strubbed and i even used a nail brush.....well. i guess iwill go eat dinner.


still no andrew.
