fingerpaint

from sterling: thank you for the paints grandma/pa jensen and hainsworth (i returned the blocks since he has some like it already).

i finally got sterling some art stuff that wasn't crayons and markers. i got him some paper, yellow, purple, red and green paints. i was going to get him some brushes, but they didn't have any that were kid friendly.

first paint job.

second piece of paper. see that piece of blue paper on the floor by the fridge? that is from school. they said that he really likes to paint there.

third piece of paper. at this point quincey woke up from her nap, so i made him be done. i think he could have painted for longer. we now have a place to hang his art up. he hasn't touched it yet. when i hung them up on the fridge, he took them down.
also, that shirt is not ours. if he has an accident at school (like more than one because i only pack a pair of pants, undies and socks), they have clothes for the kids. he had gotten his shirt wet that day, so he got a new shirt.

Looks like he had a lot of fun! You are a fun mommy to let him paint (that's one activity I'm not sure I'd be doing). Have fun, Sterling!
