valentines day

on saturday (the 11th) i had to go to missoula and andrew decided to come with me. we did some shopping...you know target, walmart, costco, returns etc. we also had to pick our "basket" of produce from bountiful baskets. while returning something to ross (which since i didn't have the receit, they were only going to give me $1.99, yeah i would rather keep it!), i told andrew that instead of flowers he could get me a pair of pants. sure flowers would be cheaper, but since having quincey, my pants haven't been fitting as well. so for valentines day, andrew got me a pair of pants. THANKS honey!  andrew also made the above picture as the wallpaper for the laptop.

i got andrew something as well, but since i'm cheap, i didn't want to pay for shipping. i had it shipped to the store, so i need to go pick it up.

for actual valentines, the bishopric put together a dinner for the adults in the ward. the youth were suppose to watch the children, but rachelle (bishop's wife) ended up doing it because none of the youth showed up. i made dessert for it. i made monster cookies, rosie's chocolate cake and cinnamon rolls. it was a nice dinner and afterwards they had three couples play "the newlywed game". andrew and i, the leishman's and the grandy's played. andrew and i ended up getting the most points so we won a gift card to the old timer. well, actually the leishman's and the grandy's also got one. 

i think that it was a nice evening. andrew agreed.
