head start had their annual pow wow in november this year. i don't think they had quite as many people attend, but that's ok. since i just had carlee, i didn't have the energy or time to make quincey something so we borrowed her dress from a friend.
while this isn't the best lit picture, she is smiling. you can even seen her dimple.
at the pow wow:
sterling decided to wear his loin cloth that i made two years ago. thankfully i put it on an elastic band. andrew was able to get off a little early to join us. carlee spent the whole time strapped to me in her wrap.
what they made at school: their head dresses, necklaces, purse for the girls and stick for the boys (ican't recall it's name). there are people who make the moccasins for the kids. you can see quincey's above.
