it wasn't the yellow/green trees that told me, it wasn't the cold nights, it wasn't the farmers saying an early winter or when evelyn told me about the morning when brad came in and told her he had a lot of frost on his car and the garden is done. it was saturday morning. i had a talk i had to finish writing, but not before i did what i always do on saturdays. i kiss my boys and tell them to have fun while i drive to rexburg listening to
car talk to see what i can find. i drove from one end to another and only found a total of 3 or 4 garage sales!!!! ok so it is the end of september, but but but....i really don't want them to end. fall is on the way, which means winter, which means i need to see if i have a coat from sterling. on the BRIGHT side of revelation is that i found one really good garage sale. i stopped there 1st and found a coat for sterling (2T) and some other clothes, nothing good at the others except sterling got a camping chair. so i went back and went through all the boy boxes of clothes. i filled a box and got it for $5! tons of pants for next fall and shorts for next summer. i'm excited to pack them away. most of them being old navy. i did find a pair of white/off white linen pants by kenneth cole for next summer. pretty much church pants only.

see the box of clothes?

What an adorable picture! I bet his grandparents love being able to get on here and see what's going on with their one and only grandson!
Way to go, my bargain shopping daughter! Score!
Congratulations on your finds! I'm sorry your treasure hunting will have to end. Oh well... absence makes the heart grow fonder, right?
Such a cute picture of him! He is going to be a heartbreaker when he is older! How are you doing? How have you been these days?
