honey lime echiladas

when my SIL, aubrey was here, she wanted me to post some recipes. here is one that andrew likes. i haven't make it with pork, but have found that the chicken is best used that day, so make sure it all fits in. i always use rice as a filler. once i put refired beans in them, but we didn't like that very much. maybe just some red kidney beans next time. anyway, enjoy!
