after all the family left the week of graduation....(which was a while ago); it was saturday(july 25th) and we didn't have anything planned. we love our family but we were glad everyone was gone. we ended up going and looking at an apt in parker. it's 3 bedrooms, two bath and lots of room. it's in a multi-family bldg. so we will have two other families there with us on the 5 acres. most of it is alfalfa. but they have a small pond, fruit trees and a garden spot; if we want. we decided that we would go to the drive in on the way to sugar city and see up and ice age 3. please keep in mind that i could not see when i took these pictures.
our set up: we wanted to us the lovesac, but it was suppose to rain and did for a little bit. we didn't want it getting wet. so we brought our air matteress with pillows and blankets. oh and our tarp. when it started to rain, sterling and i went into the truck while andrew covered it all with the tarp. andrew borrowed a speaker from work so hook up to the stereo so we could hear it outside the cab.
sterling waiting for up to start. i put the hat on him and was thinking that it was a little tight...of course it's 0-6 mo. he pulled it right off...good thing i had back up.....
i stayed awake for up and half of ice age. andrew missed the last bit of up and the first half of ice age. sterling missed most of both movies. he did wake up about half way through ice age and woke us up too. i fed him and he went back to bed. i think that he transfered from the car to his crib just fine.
