the beard

normally every holiday season, the male members of andrew's family have a beard growing contest. it starts on thanksgiving and goes until christmas. since we weren't going to be around his family for christmas we extended the deadline until sterling's birthday. these where taken on jan 24.

who won? well....

-garr: was sick during thanksgiving and he shaved a few days later. so he had a late start. he also had some possible job interviews that i think he wanted to be clean shaven for. so he didn't compete this year.

-garrett: had a head start. he's only 15 and so it was only fair. he didn't get much but long peach fuzz so he didn't compete either.

-austin: he thought he could grow one, but as the weeks went on it wasn't lookin' all that great so he shaved and fell out of the compition.

-jay: was doing pretty good. his looked like andrew's. then he decided to propose to aubrey and wanted to be clean shaven for it.

so sure andrew won by default. but he still won. he still has it (it's now feb 12) and sterling likes to rub, pull and feel it. what is he going to do when andrew shaves it off???
