not my day

today was not my day. ok most of the day was pretty good. but just that hour or so. on thurs i went to idaho falls. i forgot somethings in the house and since the car was started and i didn't want to turn it off (sterling was already buckled in). i took our apt key off and went and got my stuff. i just stuck my key in my pocket. so friday, i picked up sterling and came home. the key is not on my ring. i have to pee and sterling is hungery and ready for a real nap. oh, it's in that pant pocket....which were upstairs. so i called andrew. he was going to be home soon and i convinced him to come home a little sooner, though he didn't seem to happy about it. so i decided that we would go back into town. i got out of the out of the driveway and slid off the road. great! not to worry, our landlord showed up and let us in the apt and helped andrew get the car out.
