"girls like boys with skills...."

and sterling has a lot of skills.

he can:
* push a chair up to the counter to get what he wants or to see what's up there.
* put on his snowboots standing up (with a little help).
* feed the cats. i get the food for him and he dumps it into her bowl.
* turn the tv off and on. he can also put in a vhs with help.
* use a spoon and fork, but prefers to use his hands.
* pour his cereal and milk in the mornings (with lots of help).
* undo the snaps on his PJ's and orange coat.
* drink out of a normal cup without spilling.
* eat a lot.
* "brush" his teeth.
* fold his arms for prayer.
* find this way to nursery by himself and not cry when i leave him there.
* jump on his bed, couch, floor, pew etc
* put away (and get out) the dishes. he knows where the silverware and tupperware goes.
* climb the cattle gate, as well as climb under and through it.
* dump things on the floor. liquids, toys, etc
* put wood in the fireplace.
* play with kink.
* help put on his seatbelt.
* not answer when i call his name.
* wipe up his spills.
* put the towel (from cleaning up his spill) in the laundry or garbage, depending on where i tell him to put it.
* stomp his feet.
* tell you what books we wants to read.
* sit and watch a short show, for the most part.
* play outside and wonder around.
* get into trouble.
* give you "five" and "knuckles".
* bite, hit, slap, chest bump you and head butt things.
* pull up his pants (i pull up the back, he does the front).

i'm sure there are many more things that he can, but i can't think of them right now.
